Lighthouse Recovery LLC is founded by Paige Barrera, a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, specializing in addiction treatment and perinatal mental health, with 15 years of nursing and mental health experience, including one year as a nurse practitioner, having graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).   

Lighthouse Recovery LLC offers comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services to individuals in the Las Cruces, NM area, in-person and via telehealth, and throughout New Mexico, via telehealth. As a solo practitioner, the focus is on providing personalized care for an underserved population, ensuring that no one feels hushed or forgotten in their journey to recovery.

The tagline, “lighting the way to your recovery,” speaks to the core of this practice—helping individuals navigate the often difficult and challenging path to mental health and wellbeing.
